As former managing partner at the strategy and design firm moodley, he co-led a team of 80, driving digital transformation and innovation. Raphael has guided major brands in digital product realization and business model transformation.
Thiemo Gillissen

Thiemo combines over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur with a deep passion for building design-led, purpose-driven companies. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, he is recognized as an expert in brand strategy, digital transformation, and venture building. Thiemo co-founded Fifteen Seconds, a global community for personal growth. In his previous role as managing partner at the strategy and design firm moodley, he led the digital business and the international expansion of the group.
